Black Trumpet Mushrooms

Also known as Black Chanterelle. Black trumpets — also known as black chanterelles — are flavorful, fruity and fragrant with a sweet aroma sometimes compared to apricots. Meaty and dramatic on the plate, black trumpets work nicely as meat stuffings, alongside fish, in vegetarian meals, over egg dishes and they're delightful with wild rice.
