Tama Matsuoka Wong forages from her land in in New Jersey to collect wild edible treasures for us. We're thrilled to offer her finds throughout the year, but fall is extra special because of her cranberries, which are indigenous to the region. Using careful, labor-intensive methods that help maintain the area¿s biodiversity, Tama and her partners harvest berries that are smaller and less uniform than those from commercial farms. However, the taste is more complex and less bitter. They're excellent for fall feasts and baking, along with all of the wild gems from her company Meadows & More.
