Tama Matsuoka Wong literally forages through the wild to discover the freshest specialty picks. Tama started her business, Meadows and More, after she moved back to Hunterdon County, New Jersey and rediscovered her passion for the natural world following a career as a lawyer. She oversees 28 acres at the rural border of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, supplying wild and foraged plants to restaurants and food companies all over New York and New Jersey.
