Go All Out With These Decadent Cacio E Pepe Chips

New Year's Eve is meant for all things over the top and these tricked-out cheese and pepper chips fit the bill perfectly. Simply take a bag of your favorite chips, spread them on a baking tray, and sprinkle with as much grated cheese as you like. Bake them at 425 F for about 4 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with plenty of freshly-ground pepper, and add any other toppings: balsamic pearls, truffles, caviar, the works!
