This special organic salmon comes to us fresh (not frozen!) from the cold, fast currents of a certified organic seafarm located in the confluence of the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful orange-red color is closer to wild salmon than other farmed fish. These salmon are hand-fed an entirely natural, GMO-free and organic diet with no synthetic colorants or antibiotics — the flesh is firm and the flavor is mild.
