This incredible salmon comes from the cold, pure waters of Iceland's remote fjords, where it is reared by farmers who come from generations of fishermen. By taking advantage of this ideal environment and using meticulous, innovative techniques, our partners are able to responsibly raise salmon that's not only great-tasting, but also highly nutritious. The Salmon Steak like other bone-in meats in that it holds more flavor than boneless. They perform especially great on the grill, or pan-friend. Please note: Due to this salmon's delicate flesh, we do NOT scale the fish or remove the pin bones. We recommend removing the pin bones after cooking.
