We were inspired to create a black raspberry flavor from fond memories of hiking in the Adirondacks and discovering these delicious berries growing along the trail. As with all our flavors, there are no preservatives here — just real black raspberry puree which when combined with local, hormone-free milk and cream create a wonderfully refreshing ice cream.
