Using only fresh ingredients, we enhance our original recipes with fire roasted peppers–extracting maximum flavor–blended together with fresh roasted tomatoes, onions & garlic. A dash of a few spices, some salt and cilantro and then we keep it all fresh - no extensive heat treatment or added chemicals or preservatives - just fresh blended vegetables, balanced & blended, to bring the salsa to life.
