Golden Eagle black cod is rated Green-Best Choice by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch Program, meaning that the farm is managed such that it poses low environmental risk. This product is farmed in the oceanic waters of Kyuquot Sound, British Columbia, a 300 ft deep fjord on the West Coast of Canada.
