ORDER PICKUP
Pick up your FreshDirect order at our designated location.
We know that safe and secure grocery options are more important than ever. FreshDirect is launching a new contactless order pickup service, which allows you to receive groceries from your car!
HOW TO ORDER
At checkout, in the Deliver To section, click the Edit button to choose a pickup address.
Choose your preferred pickup day and time.
Place your order. Usual order modification rules apply.
Drive to the pickup location on your designated day and time (addresses below).
When you arrive on the day and time you selected*, call 929-298-9696 and provide your name.*Orders not picked up on the designated day will not be held for pickup on a future day and will be subject to restocking fees as detailed in our Customer Agreement.
A FreshDirect employee will bring your groceries from our refrigerated facility and place them in your open trunk.
