View allEveryone loves pizza, and Passover doesn't mean you have to go without. Both adults and kids can appreciate this matzo pizza hack. Start by sprinkling on a little mozzarella onto the matzo, which will prevent it from getting too soggy from the next layer, the tomato sauce. Onto the sauce, add more cheese, and any other toppings, like onion, olives, spinach, or basil. Bake in the oven at 400 F for 6-7 minutes and enjoy!
