Madre Artesanal Mezcal

Made with Espadin and Cuixe agave varieties, stone-ground by horse-drawn tahona (a huge, heavy stone wheel), and fermented with local well-water and by wild yeast found in the mountain air. This mezcal carries a hint of smoke with herbal notes of sage, earth and minerals, and a lingering floral finish. Perfect for sipping neat or mixed in a mezcal Old Fashioned. (from Madre)
