Faust Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Faust represents a modern portrait of the Napa Valley. The fruit is sourced primarily from our own Coombsville Estate, complemented by grapes from hillside and cooler regions of the Napa Valley. This Cabernet is intense yet fresh with juicy blue and black notes. Dark chocolate mixed with dried herbs intermingle on the palate, while silky tannins and lifting acidity lead to a layered and lingering finish. Pair with beef short ribs and other braised meat dishes, or an excellent accompaniment to a gourmet burger. (from the vintner)
