This green olive tapenade is great for using as a dip with crackers, spreading on crostini or sandwiches, or using in pasta, chicken, or seafood recipes. It's made with pitted Castelvetrano olives, olive oil, garlic, and herbs and mashed into a thick but spreadable texture.
