To make our easy-to-use jerk chicken, we shred flavorful chicken thighs (raised without antibiotics) and toss with a blend of allspice, ginger, soy and cinnamon. While the juicy chicken is great in hot dishes – tacos, quesadillas, rice bowls – the spicy and sweet flavor lends itself to cold dishes as well. Toss into a salad with mango, thin-sliced red onion and cilantro, or use as a base for sandwiches and wraps. A note about heat levels: This item contains ingredients that may be spicy.
