Aromatic curry and toasted fenugreek add exotic, spicy depth to classic chicken salad. We toss celery, red onions, and cubes of poached chicken breast in a curried mayo-based dressing that's pumped up with plump sweet raisins. Try serving wrap style in naan bread (or flour tortillas) with some green-leaf lettuce and a spoonful of mango chutney. Please stir before serving.
