Fresh Sauerkraut

Tart and zingy, sauerkraut is the perfect pick-me-up for hum-drum hot dogs. We also think it's fantastic on grilled sandwiches (besides the Reuben, of course) or heated through and served alongside hearty, Bavarian-style sausages.
