Summer Stone Fruit Salad
Why eat one stone fruit when you can eat all the stone fruits?
What You’ll Need:
3 to 5 pounds fresh stone fruit, pitted and chopped
¼ cup fresh orange juice
¼ cup fresh chopped or ripped mint leaves
1 heaping tablespoon honey
What To Do:
Combine the orange juice and honey; set aside. Add the stone fruit to a serving dish and toss with the orange juice mixture. Sprinkle the mint leaves on top for an extra fresh flavor and color. Enjoy!
