4 Simple Smoothies You Can Drink Any Time

What You’ll Need:
2 cups frozen mango
1 frozen banana
2 cups coconut water, frozen
What to Do:
Slice and freeze banana. Freeze coconut water over night. In the morning, add everything together in a blender. Blend well and serve.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup chia seeds
