Haven’s Kitchen Barbecue Salmon Recipe
This recipe from our friends at Haven’s Kitchen features their tangy barbecue sauce, which brightens up the rich flavor of roasted salmon. It’s accompanied by a chunky tomato and avocado salsa to add a touch of freshness.

Putting it together is super simple: just coat the salmon in the sauce and let it roast and meanwhile, you can chop up and mix together the veggies. We recommend it for a simple weeknight meal when you’re craving flavors that are cheery, vibrant, and zesty!

Half a pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce, plus more for drizzling
3 avocados, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small red onion, chopped
A handful of chopped cilantro

About 10 minutes before salmon is done, in a large bowl toss avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, and salt.
