Green Goddess Sandwich Recipe

Green goddess dressing
has got that “it” factor.

It’s creamy yet light and so deliciously refreshing. You’ve probably encountered it on salads before, but it can do so much more. It’s an excellent dip for crudités and snacks. And when added to a sandwich, it’s as ethereal as its name.

This recipe comes to us from @dietitiandebbie, who is a master of creating vibrant, plant-centric recipes. Like a salad, her green goddess sandwich has plenty of crisp vegetables, including cucumber, green tomato, and fresh lettuce. The dressing helps tie it all together, with flavor that’s equally tangy and fresh. Our first choice here is the Gotham Greens Vegan Green Goddess Dressing, which includes freshly-harvested basil from Gotham Greens’ own greenhouses.

Enjoy it for a simple-yet-special lunch, especially during the warmer months. It’s endlessly satisfying while filled to the brim with good-for-you ingredients!

About Gotham Greens
Look up in New York City and you might spot a Gotham Greens rooftop greenhouse, growing lettuce and herbs year-round using 100% renewable electricity. Indoor agricultural models like theirs use less fuel and natural resources than traditional farms and produce fresher vegetables that have traveled fewer miles. Gotham Greens also crafts dips and dressing using their own leafy greens.
