Prosciutto & Peaches Grazing Plate
Is there anything better than a simple but tasty grazing plate? We don’t think so!
What You’ll Need
2 ripe peaches, sliced into sections
6 slices Prosciutto di Parma
3 ounces Gorgonzola
1 ounce microgreens
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
What To Do
Arrange the first 4 ingredients around your plate or platter. Drizzle honey and balsamic over the grazing plate. Eat right away.
