Just FreshDirect 100% Grass-Fed Local Beef Meatballs
Marinara Sauce
Shaved Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

What To Do:
If using quick-cooking polenta, cook entire 8.8 oz package according to instructions on label. Line a small baking or casserole dish with aluminum foil, leaving plenty of overhang, and lightly grease. Pour in cooked polenta and spread out in an even layer (it should be roughly 1/2-inch thick). Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator until polenta is firm, at least 2 hours. Carefully grab the edges of the foil and lift out polenta. Cut polenta into roughly 2-inch squares and carefully separate from foil.

If using ready-made polenta, slice the log into 1/2 inch thick rounds.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the polenta rounds until golden brown on each side (you may need to work in batches). As soon as a round is removed from the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, brown the meatballs. Once browned, lower the heat and add the sauce. Simmer together for about 10-15 minutes. Place a meatball onto each round and top with cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
