Famille Carlin Sancerre

The Famille Carlin has 31 acres of Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on clay and limestone in the commune of Crezancy-en-Sancerre. This elegant white wine opens with a fresh nose of white flowers and citrus. The palate is bright, full, and racy with a touch of lime and a wonderful fleur de sel note in the lingering finish. A great Sancerre, it's perfect for enjoyment with goat cheese, shellfish, white fish, light salads, and poultry dishes. (from the vintner)
